Privacy notice

This notice explains how SilverStream H.S Technologies Ltd. ("Valanis", "we") handles personal data collected through valanisplatform.com.

What we collect

Only what you submit in the briefing request form: your name, organization, role, work email, the domains you select and your message. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We measure visits with a cookie-free analytics service that does not identify individual visitors.

Why we use it

To respond to your briefing request and arrange a follow-up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries you send us, or steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement.

Who processes it

Form submissions are relayed to our inbox by Web3Forms. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Both act as service providers on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting discussion, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside Israel and the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Contact briefings@valanisplatform.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority.
